As with all lab data, regardless of source, all lab information is stored as structured data, and reportable by LOINC code internally, and via referral on C-CDA formatted CCD.
Meditech Custom Lab Interface

If you have a captive lab, as is often the case with hospital-sponsored clinics, your lab orders and/or results can be integrated into AXEIUM to provide a standard review process.
For example, at the La Amistad clinic the lab results from the St. Joseph Hospital Meditech system are imported daily and reported in the same format as labs received from other sources, i.e., Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp and in-house.
